ABOUT US
Saint Louis Cellars opened in November 2007 and is the newest, hippest wine store in town bringing a myriad of fab offerings with its friendly atmosphere, cool labels, and wine tastings. In addition to selling wines ‘by the taste’—Cool, Rich, Bubbly, Sweet, etc.—Saint Louis Cellars has event space that is available for everything from intimate wine tastings to large charity parties. Also, every bottle leaves the store “Packaged for a Party."

TASTE CATEGORIES
	sparkling wines Our ‘Bubbly’ category includes all sparkling wines, best suited to be drunk on their own or as an aperitif. This category will include such varietals as Moscato, Prosecco and Champagne.
	light-bodied whites In our ‘Cool’ category, you will find light, crisp, refreshing and many times sweeter-style white wines like Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Vinho Verde and Sauvignon Blanc.
	medium-bodied whites ‘Mellow’ is the section in which you will see wines that are heaver than, say, a Sauvignon Blanc, but lighter than an oaky, buttery Chardonnay. In this category, you will find un-oaked Chardonnay, Verdejo and Albariño, just to name a few.
	full-bodied whites If you like a big, buttery, oaky, heavy white wine, then our ‘Rich’ category is for you! Not only will you find big Chardonnay here, but you will also find things like Viognier and Roussanne.
	light-bodied reds The ‘Fruity’ category is where you will find everything from Rosé and Grenache to Pinot Noir and Sweet Shiraz. This is the perfect section for those people who want to enjoy a light red wine either out on the patio in the summertime or with lighter foods.
	medium-bodied reds The ‘Easy’ category contains the widest variety of red blends in the store. The wines in this section are going to be the most crowd-pleasing selections: wines that are easy-drinking, smooth, and not overpoweringly dry, heavy or tannic. Look for Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel and more.
	full-bodied reds If you like a big, bold, dry red wine, then the ‘Big’ category is for you! This section has all of the driest, boldest, heaviest reds in our store with such varietals as Cabernet Sauvignon, dry Merlot, Malbec and heavy red blends.
	dessert wines Our ‘Sweet’ section has a wide variety of dessert wines. These wines are many times fortified, thicker than typical wines and are higher in alcohol content as well. In this category, look for Ports, Late Harvest wines and liqueurs.
